The following terms and conditions are here to insure you as the consumer. We have created our terms and conditions in order to serve you best. You should read the following terms & conditions prior to using this webpage. When using this webpage you agree to the following conditions and privacy policy.

We retain the right to change the terms without warning. The version of terms & conditions in effect at the time you place your order, will be the version that applies to your order.

Our web page is open 24 hours a day, however orders place outside of our daily operating hours, 8:00 AM to 4:00PM, will first be handled when we are open again. Customer service is available between 9AM and 12PM. To place an order with liplich.com you must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit card. Customers under the age of 18 are required to have a guardian’s approval prior to using the web page.

The amount will first be charged to your card when the product has shipped. The customer will bear any card fees associated with your purchase.

Secure Payments

Our web page is secure, and therefore it is safe to use your credit card when making a purchase. Your credit card information is transmitted via an encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is sent via a secure connection so that your card information can not be read by others. Only NETS has access to your data. Neither the web shop or others can access your card data.

Delivery inside Denmark

All of our orders are sent via relevant distribution partner. You have the ability to choose if you would like your order to be shipped to your home, work, or a local post office or post box. We currently only ship inside of Denmark. The Faroe Islands and Greenland are not included in this.

If you regret your purchase

You have 14 days to cancel the order you have placed with us. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve the deadline is extended to the following business day. In case of multiple goods order in one order but are delivered separately, or goods delivered in several batches, the period form the receipt of the last item to arrive is the date where your regret period begins.

You must let us know if you plan to regret your purchase within the regret period, or 14 days from the arrival of your order or last package. You can do this by informing us at the following email: info@liplich.com. Only written request are valid and you can not change your decision once the process has begun.

Returns and exchanges

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can of course, return items purchased.

Returns Online

If you would like a refund, you must always send the return to the web shop. You must send your order back to us within 14 days after you have notified us that you would like to process a return. Expenses in connection with the return are not included in your original purchase, and you bear the risk of the goods during the return process.


If you decide to regret your purchase within 14 days, we will refund the full payment, excluding deliver costs.

You are responsible for the cost of the return. All our packages include a return label, which you can use when you send the return. The amount repaid without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we received a message that you wish to regret or withdraw from the purchase. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.

We retain the right to withhold payment until the return has been received at our warehouse. Your refund will appear on your credit card within 2-30 days, depending on the payment card used during checkout.

Privacy Policy

To purchase products, we required the following information:
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. These details are required for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with Henning Ibsen A/S and is kept for five years, after which data is deleted. Your information will not be sold to third parties, except in connection with a restriction or a full partial sale of the company. Any disclosure of such a situation would be in accordance with the then-current privacy legislation.


When using liplich.com you agree that we collect cookies. It allows us to offer you exactly the goods that you are interested in. You can always choose to delete cookies. To delete cookies in Internet Explorer you delete cookies by accessing “Tools” then “International Options”, then “General”, thereafter “Browser Data” and finally “Delete cookies”. If you use another browser and wish to delete cookies, you can use a search engine to learn about how you can delete cookies.


Mistakes happen. This could happen at the store, there could be a misprint or an incorrect price is shown on an item. Therefore, we accept only our purchase once we have accepted your payment and have sent your order to you. We therefore are subject to pricing errors, misprints or sold out items. If a product you have order is sold out, we will immediately contact you, and your payment will be canceled.
